Earthquake in Vatnafjöll mountain during the night

At 03:17 UTC on 26-November-2021 an earthquake with magnitude of Mw3,5 took place in Vatnafjöll mountains that are south of Hekla volcano. This earthquake was not felt or it was not reported to Icelandic Met Office.

This earthquake activity is an aftershock of the large Mw5,2 earthquake that took place in this area over one week ago. There continues to be a risk for strong earthquake in this area.

  1. After careful testing I have come to the conclusion that there is no way for me to get rid of the approve message that I have to show to get ads to show on my website. This is because of EU laws and there is no way around that.
