Depth of this earthquake is registered 1,1 km. It&#8217;s still not known what is creating the earthquake activity in Tungnafellsj\u00f6kull volcano. The most popular idea (among geologists) is that stress changes from B\u00e1r\u00f0arbunga volcano is resulting in earthquake activity in Tungafellsj\u00f6kull volcano.
