It is hard to be sure in this case until a <strong>visual confirmation<\/strong> is in place.<\/p>\n<p>It appears that an eruption is about to start or has started in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.volcano.si.edu\/volcano.cfm?vn=373030\" target=\"_blank\">B\u00e1r\u00f0arbunga<\/a> volcano.
