Largest earthquake in this swarm had the magnitude of 1,5. This earthquake activity did appear poorly on my <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jonfr.com\/webicorders\/tremoren.htm\" target=\"_blank\">geophone<\/a> in B\u00f6\u00f0varsh\u00f3lar. This are intra-plate earthquakes. <em>Copyright of this image belongs to Icelandic Meteorological Office.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>This earthquake activity is not connected to any <em>known<\/em> fault zone or any <em>known<\/em> faults. That however does not mean they are not there. It is impossible to know if there is going to be more earthquake activity in this region. This is however second time this year a earthquake swarm takes place in this area, last one took place in <a href=\"http:\/\/hraun.vedur.is\/ja\/viku\/2014\/vika_28\/index.html#mark\" target=\"_blank\">week 28<\/a> (in Icelandic).
